►Below is a fast paced, "Intro To" overview trip. We recommend slowing down the itinerary by either adding nights or not including some of the destinations to provide a more relaxing, in-depth experience.

DAYS 3 - 4: Athens
Half-days of sightseeing in Athens include the Acropolis to see the
Parthenon, one of the most important monuments in the Western world;
a visit to the National Archaeological Museum; and a stroll through

DAY 5: Athens / Delphi / Kyllini
Drive to remarkable Delphi to explore the site and archaeological
museum in this religious center. Cross the sweeping bridge to the
Peloponnese and continue through olive groves and citrus plantations

DAY 6: Kyllini / Olympia / Kyllini
The excitement of the Olympic Games comes to life when you visit the
remains of the enormous Temple of Zeus, the Palaestra training

DAY 7: Kyllini / Bassae / Nafplion
Travel through the countryside to the delightful town of Nafplion.
En route, stop at Bassae to visit the Temple of Apollo, now a UNESCO
World Heritage Site. In Nafplion, check in to your modern,

DAY 8: Nafplion / Epidaurus / Nafplion
After a morning at leisure, drive to the nearby archaeological site
of Epidaurus to admire the magnificent fourth-century theater. The
astonishing acoustics enabled actors to be heard by all of the

DAY 9: Nafplion / Mycenae / Corinth / Athens
Drive to Mycenae and see the site hewn from a rocky hill and ringed
by barren mountains, where majestic "beehive" funerary chambers were

DAY 10: Depart Athens / Arrive Home
