Launched in 1996, Sun Boat IV offer a unique cruise experience is unlike any other - with private docks, our own feluccas and uniquely tailored sightseeing to help avoid the crowds, accompanied by a fully qualified Egyptologist. An Egyptology lecture will also be arranged during your cruise. Experience our quality of service, entertainment, on-board facilities, food and beverages with gourmet menus or lavish buffets every evening. We also operate a non-smoking policy throughout all internal areas of the boat and a no mobile phone policy throughout the public areas of the boat for guaranteed relaxation. Stylish accommodation comprises 36 cabins and four suites, most offering twin beds. Two Royal Suites with balcony are located on the Promenade Deck, two Presidential Suites are located on the Main Deck and the 36 Luxury Cabins are located over all four decks. All are fully air-conditioned, with panoramic windows and have private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, satellite television plus in-house movies, CD player, direct dial international phone, safe and mini-bar.
With an overall length of 66 metres, the public areas feature attractive and elegant furnishings. Facilities include a fine restaurant with picture windows, an elegant bar and lounge area, a smally fully equipped gym, a heated plunge pool and two spacious sun decks for relaxing and sunbathing. In room dining is also available. Internet access is available throughout the cruise, as well as access to the fleet physician. A multi- lingual library and games area, laundry service, souvenir and gift shop complete the facilities.
