The Vinyasa Flow yoga class at 6:30pm on Wednesdays at the Sports Club LA in Irvine in Orange County is great. Paul DaSilva is my favorite teacher there.
Tonight, at my gym, The Sports Club LA in Orange County, I worked out next to Kobe Bryant….wow, did I feel short! Plus, it was great to do yoga two nights in a row….though Kobe wasn’t in the yoga class. Didn’t see him in the locker room, so no other info to report
