Help with Sleep – Humming Bee

Fortunately, I sleep great at home. When I travel, I have some trouble sleeping. …Even when staying in the very best hotels!

I have learned a great meditation technique that helps a lot. It is called The Bee Breath or Humming Bee Pranayam.

To do this practice, breath in through both nostrils. Keep your mouth closed. Exhale through your nose. While you exhale plug each ear with a finger and exhale producing the sound of humming bee.

Let this prevade your mind and thoughts. Do it about 10 times while in bed just before settling in to sleep. This helps me go to sleep. I hope it will help you! Please let me know what works best for you so we learn and share to help others.
